The
Chetcuti Community Room was the place to be on Wednesday, July
22 when eight members of the Millbrae Chamber of Commerce
co-hosted the Showcase of Businesses mixer and networking event.
It was the first time that a group of businesses and
organizations had gotten together to host an event in Millbrae.
Attendance was great, the food was fabulous, and the door prizes
were amazing.
This looks like an event that we will do again. Don't miss out
on the next opportunity to participate.

Traffic Congestion Relief Alliance's tabletop presentation.
Mayor Robert Gottschalk was on hand for the event and is
pictured with the exhibitors (center-back).
On Friday, May 22nd, Assemblymember Jerry Hill
honored Super Suppers in Millbrae with his monthly Environmental
Leadership Award.
Owners Sharlene Chew and Jennifer Yow-Woo
accepted the commendation from Hill. Super Suppers has
implemented numerous sustainable business practices over the
years including recycling, biodegradable utensils, energy and
water conservation, and using products made from recycled
materials.
On Tuesday,
May 19th, the
