Green Hills Country Club is a prestigious private club designed by the famed 1920’s and 1930’s golf architect Dr. Alister MacKenzie. His other masterpieces include Augusta National, Cypress Point, Royal Melbourne and Pasatiempo. The 18 hole course at Green Hill’s epitomizes Dr. MacKenzie’s style and includes his trademarks – small undulating greens and strategically located bunkers. Used as a qualifying site for the USGA and the NCGA, the course consistently proves to be a rigorous challenge to golfers of all levels and plays hosts to a variety of charity and corporate golf tournaments. In addition to its tennis courts, gym and full service outdoor swimming pool, Green Hills Country Club boasts a completely rebuilt clubhouse due to open this year. Having painstakingly preserved many of the original elements and design characteristics from the former clubhouse, the new facility is a magnificent blend of the past and the present with state of the art amenities and services. The new facility offers a spacious banquet room for weddings, large parties and private dining and meeting rooms. Wireless service is available throughout the clubhouse. Green Hills is located only minutes from San Francisco International Airport, downtown San Francisco and Silicon Valley.
