1. Personal Information Collected Online

Events Registration
When you register for an event, your e-mail address is recorded. If you submit an online payment, your contact and credit card information is collected on a secure server. Your contact information and only the last four digits of your credit card are then e-mailed to the Millbrae Chamber of Commerce.

Your e-mail address may be used to contact you about the event for which you registered or for notification of a future event presented or sponsored by the chamber.

Your credit card information is used only to process your registration and is not shared with any other organization or business.

Online Marketplace (future use)
When you purchase an item from the Millbrae Chamber of Commerce's Online Marketplace, your e-mail address, contact information and credit card information is submitted on a secure server. Your contact information and only the last four digits of your credit card are then e-mailed to the Millbrae Chamber of Commerce. The information is used to process your order and not shared with any organization or business.

Business Connect
Business Connect is an online request for proposal service that users access to request bids. The contact and bid information you submit is by the nature of the service shared with businesses in categories you have chosen. The Millbrae Chamber of Commerce receives a copy of all Business Connect bid requests but does not share the copy of the contact information with any organization or business.

If you are a Millbrae Chamber of Commerce member business and wish to not to be contacted by Web site users submitting bid requests, please contact the Chamber's Executive Assistant at chamber@millbrae.com or 650-697-7324 ext. 10 and request removal of your company's e-mail contact address.

2. Information Sharing
Members of the Millbrae Chamber of Commerce are listed in the online Business Directory, which can be accessed by any user of the Millbrae.com web site.

The online Business Directory lists the members' main contact information, including the member's web site address, if provided.

This information can be updated by contacting the Chamber's Executive Assistant at chamber@millbrae.com or 650-697-7324 ext. 10.

If a member submits an e-mail address for listing with the chamber, the member can be contacted by users of the online Business Directory; however, the online Business Directory does not provide e-mail addresses to site users.

To opt out of receiving any e-mail via Millbrae.com, contact the Chamber's Executive Assistant at chamber@millbrae.com or 650-697-7324 ext. 10.

The Millbrae Chamber of Commerce sells its non-web based Membership Directory in the form of postal address labels to members.

3. Review/Changes to Collected Information
Millbrae Chamber of Commerce members can review their online Business Directory information by typing in their business name into the search box on the Business Directory millbrae.com/directory.

Changes can be sent to the Chamber's Executive Assistant at chamber@millbrae.com or 650-697-7324 ext. 10.

To not have your business contact information appear in the online Business Directory, contact the Chamber's Executive Assistant at chamber@millbrae.com or 650-697-7324 ext. 10.

To not receive online bids through Business Connect online RFP system, contact the Chamber's Executive Assistant at chamber@millbrae.com or 650-697-7324 ext. 10.

4. Privacy Policy Changes
Changes in the Privacy Policy will be posted on this page.

5. Privacy Policy Effective Date
